Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

To request a return of product, the customer must first fill out the RMA Form and a representative will be in touch with you in 1-2 business days. Please note that no refunds will be issued without an APPROVED RMA. The return form will include our return address and instructions where the product will have to be returned.

    • All returns must be returned within 30 days as of the purchase date
    • Items will have to be in their original state and packaging (no modifications)
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping. All returns must include a valid return tracking number to complete the refund
    • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable
    • 20% restocking fee is applicable on any return

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange of product, the customer must first fill out the RMA Form and a representative will be in touch with you in 1-2 business days. Please note that no exchanges will be processed without an APPROVED RMA.

      • All exchanges must be processed within 30 days as of the purchase date
      • Items will have to be in their original state and packaging (no modifications)
      • The customer is responsible for the return shipping. All exchanges must include a valid return tracking number to complete the exchange
      • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable
      • There is a $15 charge applicable to all exchanges

Refunds & Credits

Refunds and credits will only be issued through the original payment method. A refund is usually processed within 3 to 5 business days upon confirmation of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the RMA is completed and the refund is issued.
